The Full Story
Solange’s journey into wellness began long before it became her work. Through nearly two decades of strength training and over a decade in the wellness space, she has experienced firsthand how movement, discipline, and self-connection can transform not just the body, but the mind and emotional world. What started as a personal path to healing became a calling to guide others. Today, she supports individuals through a grounded and realistic approach to wellbeing, blending strength training, yoga, mobility, nutrition, and mindfulness. Her work is deeply rooted in lived experience, shaped by her background in mental health and her time supporting women and youth in vulnerable spaces. For Solange, true transformation isn’t about extremes, it’s about returning to simple practices, consistently, until they become part of who you are.
